He meets monthly with the school Executive Committee to discuss policy and other concerns, and he represents Mason Gross within the University, New Brunswick, and New Jersey.

  The Dean of Students reports to the dean of Mason Gross

  and is a member of the senior administrative staff .  She is

  responsible for all undergraduate and graduate academic

  and student life matters at the school; serves as policy advisor to the dean on all student-related matters at the school; serves as a member of the school's executive council and represents the dean and the school to the university and outside communities.

As Administrative Assistant to the Associate Dean, the position provides senior level administrative assistance on projects for the school. Acts as liaison between the Dean’s Office and Mason Gross School of the Arts’ departments ensuring Dean’s Office requests are communicated and response times are met in a timely fashion. Also acts as liaison between the Dean’s Office and many other university constituencies.

As Coordinator for Student Services, the position is responsible for assisting students with registration, housing concerns, etc.  In addition, the position evaluates all transcripts for transfer credit and track all liberal arts credits of student requirements.  Other responsibilities include planning commencement and new student orientation.

Reporting to the Dean of the Mason Gross School, the position is responsible for the management and daily operations of a variety of business services, including finance, budget, purchasing and grant accounting. The duties include ensuring the accurate and timely completion of documents for the processing of financial transactions; resolving or directing employees to resolve financial issues; analyzing and reviewing financial data in order to prepare financial reports for internal and external sources.

The Director of Arts Marketing and Recruitment is in charge of promotional pieces that encourage attendance at the school's sponsored events and also collaborates and directs the creation of publications utilized in the recruitment of new students.  The position also oversees the Mason Gross Performing Arts Center Ticket Office and Kirkpatrick Chapel operations.

The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Arts Marketing and Recruitment and is a member of the Board of Producers. This position is ultimately responsible for all financial and operational policies and procedures of the Mason Gross Performing Arts Center Ticket Office, acts as ADA and IT liaison and coordinates group sales.

The Program Coordinator works with the Operations Manager directing a student-based Front of House staff for all Mason Gross performances, assuring consistent, accurate ticketing transactions and acting as liaison to the patrons and the departments.  The position also provides business support and recommends and implements protocols and customer service policies to benefit all performance attendees.

Patrick Cogan is the operations manager for the historic Kirkpatrick Chapel located on the Old Queens campus of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Aside from the day to day operations of this beautiful facility, Patrick is also in charge of coordinating the many and varied events that take place in the chapel from multi-denominational weddings, memorials, and baptisms to classical, jazz, and theatrical performances.
