Visual arts courses, with the exception of ceramics and sculpture, are held in the Mason Gross arts studios and labs located within the Civic Square Building in downtown New Brunswick.  Sculpture and Ceramics courses are held in the Livingston Art Building in Piscataway.

Parking

The Rutgers Department of Parking and Transportation controls and monitors the parking lots at Rutgers University.  All vehicles must display a valid parking permit when parked in a Rutgers lot.  Permits may only be used in assigned lots.  Violators will be subjected to ticketing by the Department of Parking and Transportation.  Any ticket issued is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. 

“Special Program” parking permits are available for purchase in the Extension Division office and online at the time of registration for $5 per calendar year.  Parking permits may not be shared between cars.  If more than one car is used to attended classes, you must purchase a pass for each vehicle that will be parked on campus.    Rutgers affiliates (students, faculty, staff) are not allowed to purchase special program permits and should only park in lots specifically designated for their permit types. 

Extension Division parking permits allow students to park in Lot 79, at the Douglass Deck, the Corwin Lodge, the Livingston Art Building, and the parking garage for the Civic Square Building.  Parking in Lot 73 near the Marryott Music Building is not permitted and violators may be ticketed.
