The Klezmatics
The Klezmatics play soul-stirring Jewish roots music for the 21st
Century, concocting klezmer as only adventurous musicians can, in
arrangements and compositions that combine Jewish identity and mysticism
with a contemporary Zeitgeist and a post-modern aesthetic. Their
music has uplifted sold-out audiences around the world.

Members of the Rutgers Jazz Ensemble present an evening of top-drawer
jazz with a tight rhythm section and creative solos. Whether you’re
new to jazz or a jazz enthusiast, this romantic, lively and playful
performance will leave you with a spring in your step.
The Rutgers Jazz Ensemble is the resident jazz ensemble at the Mason
Gross School of the Arts and consists of both students and faculty.
Since its inception over 25 years ago, the Jazz Program at Rutgers
University has been training high-caliber jazz musicians.

The Rutgers Percussion Ensemble presents an evening of explosive
Brazilian music. The ensemble’s creativity and technical expertise
combine for a dazzling performance that rejuvenates. The Rutgers
Percussion Ensemble is the resident percussion ensemble at the Mason
Gross School of the Arts and consists of both students and faculty.
The ensemble has performed and worked with world-class percussionists
such as Bob Becker and Eric Ewazen.
